This 55+ active lifestyle community began as a single location that has now expanded with communities in Deer Park, Mount Sinai, and soon, Uniondale. When creating this brand, we considered that a landing is not only a place where water meets land, but it's also a place you call home. RODE chose to represent this community with an abstract, bird-inspired logo to reflect these cozy townhome rentals. A rich emerald color complements the warmth and luxury that make Sutton Landing such a desirable community to live within.
